General information

It is important that you check your order or items upon receipt and always before use. If any errors occur or issues arise then these need to be reported to us immediately so that we can investigate.

What should I do if I want a refund ?

If you are not satisfied with our product, we commit to refund the full purchase price of the product for the first 30 days. Please contact support@lecodemorse.cc for more information on a return.
What should I do if my product is damaged ?

Although we take care to prevent any damage to your goods during transit it is possible that problems may arise. Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged item. We ask that you do not refuse delivery. Instead, accept the goods and contact us immediately at support@lecodemorse.cc, and please attach any pictures you have of the damage to the message. 

We will make everything we can to provide you with a suitable solution (providing repair parts or a replacement, for example).

What about shipping costs ?

We are more than happy to refund shipping costs to return an item where the return is required due to our error, i.e. if we sent you the wrong item or if the item is faulty

In any other circumstances, including a return under our guarantedd satisfaction policy, shipping costs will not be refunded. We will however try to accomodate you and make you benefit from our preferential postage prices, if applicable.
